		<description>This is the first &#039;Scrum Retrospective&#039; that I have attended.  Seven people out of a group of approximately 24 attended.  

I liked the structure of &#039;Keep&#039;, &#039;Change&#039;, &#039;Add&#039;.  A worthwhile list of &#039;top&#039; ideas and actions was noted.

A well run and organized Scrum Workshop facilitated by Karen. 

An excellent end to an exhilirating round of Coaching Circles.
